Bangalore to Lucknow

This is the longest journey that I covered all alone. I drove from Bangalore to Lucknow in our Jumbo on April 1st 2011 and reached home on April 2nd when India wrote the history of becoming cricket world cup champions.

the story is long and bumpy so take a breath before i start.

Background: The story started when Rani's ring ceremony was fixed and we were supposed to travel to Lucknow. Shweta decided to go little early and due to office constraints, I decided to join her later. I booked a train ticket but it didn't get confirmed and got cancelled on the day of travel.

I already had this in mind that it may get cancelled so I had started preparing myself for this long cherished dream of driving to Lucknow. I did lot of research on the route and road conditions and prepared really well. I was virtually clear about every stretch and length. I made few documents just to fall back in case of any issues.
