Holiday 3* Good Timepass

Holiday is another remake of a Tamil movie called 'Thuppakki'. Akshay Kumar is in the lead role which was played by Vijay in the original movie. The movie setup is in movie and its plot is around serial blasts in Mumbai.

The plot, story and Screenplay is very good. The movie does not bore you and the songs, romantic angel and some lighter scenes are nicely stitched in the original story. There is a very nice cameo by Govinda. I like Sonakshi in this movie. Akshay and Sonakshi looked good in this movie. I think this is their fourth movie in lead roles.

Songs as hum-able  if not memorable. They don't force you to utilize the time for a loo break.

Akshay did a good action role after a long long time. He did very nice action in this movie. The Villain against him was Ok Ok not very great.

Overall a good entertainer.
